Support

Email support@modchest.com about a mod, a world, a texture pack, a skin, the app or anything else, and a person answers.

What helps us help

Say which one, your device, and what Minecraft showed, such as its import message. A screenshot helps. Never send a password; ModChest has no accounts and never asks for one.

Installing

Most questions are answered by the guides for Android, iPhone and iPad and Windows. Everything here needs your own copy of Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

Who we are

ModChest makes and publishes every mod, world, texture pack and skin on this site and in the app, and we answer for them. ModChest is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft, so please bring questions about them to us rather than to Mojang or Microsoft. How we handle data is on the privacy page.
