What it does

Aim Cliff Grapple at a solid block within 24 blocks and use it to launch toward that anchor. Horizontal pulls carry you across gaps while higher anchors add enough lift to climb a face; a short Slow Falling window softens the release without turning the hook into flight. Missed throws and anchors closer than three blocks do not spend durability.

The hook lasts for 160 successful pulls and can be repaired at an anvil with iron ingots or another hook. It only moves the player holding it, never edits terrain, and refuses liquid or out-of-range targets. Cliff Grapple is traversal equipment for exploration and building access, not a combat weapon or automatic pathfinder.

How to install Cliff Grapple

Activate both Cliff Grapple packs when creating or editing a world. Needs Minecraft Bedrock 1.26.45 or later.
Craft the hook at a crafting table with three iron ingots, one copper ingot, one leather and one lead.
Hold the hook, aim at a visible solid block 3–24 blocks away, and use it. Keep facing the route you want while the pull carries you forward.
Repair worn hooks at an anvil with iron ingots or combine two hooks. A missed or too-close anchor leaves the hook unchanged.
