What it does
Line a wall with handleless base cabinets, an induction cooktop and a steel sink counter, set a tall oven tower and a steel fridge beside them, and hang wall cabinets, open shelving and a chimney range hood above. Pull boucle bar stools and a sage counter chair up to the terrazzo island, add a breakfast table with oak dining chairs, and hang dome pendant lights over it all. An espresso machine, stand mixer, toaster, herb planter and oak serving board dress up the countertops, kitchen art hangs on the wall, and Alderline Sage Tile, Terrazzo and Oak Slat Panels cover walls and floors. Every piece turns to face you when you place it and drops itself when broken.

The island, fridge, base cabinet and wall cabinet store 27 stacks each: use one while holding a plain stick to put away every stack in your main inventory, or with anything else to take them back. Your hotbar is never touched, and breaking a storage piece drops everything inside it. Use the cooktop to turn its rings on or off, the oven tower to switch its oven, and a pendant light to switch it. Use the sink with an empty bottle or bucket to fill it with water, and the art to show the next print. The bar stool, counter chair and dining chair seat 1 player each; crouch to stand up. The cooktop and oven give light but don't cook food, and pistons can't move storage pieces or seats.

How to install Modern Kitchen
- Import the .mcaddon, then turn on both packs in your world's settings (Behavior Packs and Resource Packs). No experiments are needed. Needs Minecraft Bedrock 1.26.45 or later.
- Craft each piece at a crafting table. A recipe appears in the recipe book once you pick up its main material: white concrete for the cabinets, island, cooktop, sink, oven tower and sage tile, calcite for the pendant light, breakfast table, terrazzo and herb planter, iron ingots for the fridge, range hood and small appliances, white wool for the stools, pale oak for the dining chair, shelving, slat panel and serving board, and a painting for the art.
- Each piece faces you when you place it, so stand on the side its front should face. Place the pendant light against a ceiling so it hangs from it, and the range hood above the cooktop. To turn a piece later, break it and place it again.
- Use a piece (right-click on Windows, tap on touch screens) to work it: sit on a seat, switch the cooktop, oven or a light, fill a bottle or bucket at the sink, or change the art. Crouch to stand up from a seat.
- Hold a plain stick and use the island, fridge, base cabinet or wall cabinet to store the stacks in your main inventory. Use it with an empty hand or any other item to take them back; whatever doesn't fit stays inside.
- Crouch when you place a block against a piece, so you don't use the piece instead.

Which version do I have?
Minecraft Bedrock shows its version number in the bottom-right corner of the main menu. Everything on ModChest is built for Bedrock 1.26.45 and newer, on Android, iPhone, iPad and Windows. If your number is lower, update Minecraft from the store you installed it from, then import the mod.
